Just select the columns you want to add to the report, and then save them on the server, so they will be automatically included if the same report is regenerated.
Enhanced user interface for Reports

CSV data export
Enable users to export data to CSV format and then feed it into a special charting application or use it for statistical analysis.
Enhanced Web Administrator interface
Take advantage of the easy-to-use Web Administrator interface, with enhanced options, including User Edit/Delete, and Sign Out.
Adobe® AIR® support

End-user feedback
Enable users to interact with help content and each other using feedback and topics ratings. Users can comment on topics through AIR Help output and mark their favorites. Users can also view ratings and feedback from other users.
Enhanced language support
Automatically localize content and publish in multiple languages to the same server. Change display text in the user interface, including Contents, Index, and Search buttons.
Enhanced search features
Take advantage of enhanced search features, including search results ranking, keyword and synonym searches, multiple language and phrase searches, exclude or show topic context, wildcard searches, and baggage file searches. Search now also includes docx, pptx, and xlsx files.
Multiple website support
Host different help systems by creating multiple contexts in Apache Tomcat, and configuring different instances of RoboHelp Server (with a single installation) to run on each of these contexts (running on the same IP address and port number, but different context names). This feature is available for all supported operating systems.
Enhanced indexing support for Search
Search for topics and baggage files included in a project, and automatically generate an updated index during scheduled scans. The enhanced Adobe® RoboHelp® Server 9 search engine provides exceptional performance for Chinese, Japanese, and Korean languages.
Automatic project merging
Simultaneously work on multiple sections of a project, and then automatically merge them together at runtime. Build a project from different parts, and then publish it as a unified online information system. Choose the order you want projects to appear in the index or use the default order.
SQL Server, Microsoft® Windows Vista®, and IPv6 support
Take advantage of support for SQL Server 2005 Express Edition, Microsoft Windows Vista, and IPv6 addresses.
Simplified deployment and configuration
Easily configure RoboHelp Server 9 to authenticate administrators and users using Web Administrator and configuration files. Web administrators can open and delete projects; manage users, areas, and projects; view reports; schedule databases; and search.
User authentication
Segregate help content into protected and public areas, and assign rights to individual users or groups, including view only, publish, or report. Merge projects with similar content into one area, even if they are in multiple languages.
Tracking and reporting
Optimize your content with data tracking—locate areas where users make repeated requests for information, find out which searches are repeated and how users navigate content, and gather operating system and browser data. Based on the tracking and reporting data, you can customize your content to meet user requirements, find information gaps, and improve heading titles.
Synchronized publishing
Work on your own schedule—develop and publish content with automatic project merging. Multiple authors can work on different parts of a project simultaneously, and then publish to the same server to have users view it as a unified online information system.
Adobe® FlashHelp® Pro and WebHelp Pro support
Easily publish server-based Adobe® FlashHelp® and WebHelp Projects. Enable your audience to provide feedback (comments) via web using AIR Help.
Microsoft .NET Framework support
Develop online help systems for the Microsoft .NET Framework.
